Puzzle Brut 2021Bndicte Leroy and her husband Manu Leroy are highly regarded at Dirty Vine. The land they farm in Essoyes, Champagne, was purchased by her family in 1975 to raise sheep. Grapes were also planted and farmed, but they were eventually sold off to other local winemakers. In 2009, when her father was about to retire, Bndicte and Manu took over the farm with the condition that they would farm organically and produce their own wine. They have done just that
