Moonrise, Hag's Head, Cliffs of Moher, Co. ClareHag's Head is the southern end of the Cliffs of Moher, quieter and wilder than the main visitor area. I found this narrow gap between two pillars of Clare shale and waited for the moon to rise into it. The timing had to be precise. A few minutes either side and the moon would have been hidden behind rock.
